The rear is also modern and good looking and the sides of the 2015 BMW X1 look well balanced with shoulder line rising from the edge of the front wheel arch and going back above the rear arch. The 2015 BMW X1 comes with many features that make it a great car to own, including a 10 year subscription to the BMW tele service. The car is equipped with a moon-roof comes with 2 piece glass panel and power slide and powered inner sunshade. The car also includes a host of safety features to protect the occupants and itself. Some notable security features include head protection system, SRS airbags, side impact airbags, coded drive away protection, crash sensor to disconnect alternator, fuel pump and starter from the battery and unlock doors while turning the hazard and cabin lights on to help in an unfortunate case of an accident. 2015 BMW X1 is comfortable and built with high quality, excellent fit and finished to the last detail. The dash is a pleasant tone and the matte material does not reflect any light back to the windscreen. Buttons and levers extrude from well finished bevels and the seat/side panel stitching is par excellence. There is enough space in the car for it’s size and there are enough spaces for your daily stuff, and the rear boot tray that has a spare missing (a BMW trademark as of date) gives you a versatile tray where you can place a lot of stuff while keeping things very organized. There is no tool in the car as everything is supposed to be handled by BMW. The central touch console handles audio via 8 speakers and features like navigation, bluetooth, in built 80 gb HDD comes with 12 gb of storage for your personal media files. The wipers are automatic, power seat adjustment with memory, rear view mirror with memory and auto reverse alignment. There are lot of features in this car and many depend on which model and trim you pick.
2015 BMW X1 Engine/Transmission
The 2015 BMW X1 xDrive35i comes with twin turbo 6 cylinder inline 3.0 liter engine that pushes out 300 hp@5800-6000 rpm and 300 lb-ft torque @ 5000 rpm. The BMW xDrive28i comes with a 2.0-liter BMW TwinPower Turbo inline 4-cylinder, 16-valve 240-hp engine which comes with a twin-scroll turbocharger with variable valve control. This engine pushes out 240 hp @ 5000-6000 rpm and 260 lb-ft torque @ 1250-4800 rpm. The same engine powers the 2015 BMW X1 sDrive28i.
