Changes in the 2015 Ford Focus

2015 Ford Focus is to get design changes in terms of a facelift, a racier looking front with larger and swept back headlamps, a beautiful Ford kinetic grille and a slim yet sporty air dam adores the front of the car while side skirts give it a full body look (option and trim dependent) and come in body paint or matte depending upon trim. The rear looks sporty with a elongated spoiler, large tail lamp cluster, and a sloping, sculpted rear. The car rides on specially designed 17 or 18 inches alloy wheels while starting trims are on 15 inches steel rims with covers. There is both a sedan and hatch option for the vehicle and also a 2015 Ford focus electric. Promise of a lower cost and cleaner tomorrow is driving people towards small hybrids and electric as a daily commute vehicle while keeping another gasoline powered larger car for long trips. There is a single muffler exhaust at the back and built with stainless steel. The car feels very much stable and in control with it’s independent McPherson struts and hollow stabilizer bar at the front and fully independent control blade SLA at the rear. ST hatch and electric get disc brakes at the rear while standard models get drum at the rear for braking.

Looking at the 2015 Ford Focus interior

Step inside the new 2015 Ford Focus and you can expect a comfortable interior which looks fresh and inspiring with it’s organic sculpted design. The well crafted steering wheel does not come in the way and view of the driver console is unhindered. The central touch screen based infotainment system handles functions like Bluetooth, audio, navigation and Voice command that is connected to the steering mounted controls. The gearshift lever is placed forward and leaves ample space for LED accented cup holders. The automatic climate control might be harder to reach with gear lever in front most position. Seats are comfortable in the current version and so is expected out of the newer model, rear seats too have a good comfort and support. The Sunroof opens up sliding rear wards with blind slide and glass, making the interior look roomier and livelier. A host of safety features equip the car besides the humble airbag package. Traction control, ABS, EBD and rear parking sensors are some of the notable features on the car.
