2015 Toyota Tundra exterior redesign:
2015 Toyota Tundra is going to be one design that is being watched for the free spirited truck lovers who would like a low maintenance & high reliability vehicle. Toyota Tundra shown on this page although not the 2015, is quite close as we do not expect them to come up with a completely new design. The new vehicle will be an update to the existing Toyota tundra. The 2015 Toyota Tundra may see updates in form on newer headlamps, bumpers, fog lamps, grill & fascia enhancements and new allow wheel options/side arches.
The crew cab version which is the most sought after is expected to continue to feature as the best selling version on the 2015 Toyota Tundra. The TRD pro package on the 2015 Toyota Tundra will get an even more aggressive off road package. A flat bed, and new tail lamps, the continuation of the embossed logo and chrome in larger fascia parts are also to be continued. The 4WD option is an attractive incentive for the adventurous or for rescue/safety professionals. The current version is available in Toyota Tundra SR, SR5, Limited, Platinum and 1794 editions. The award winning truck scores well in consumer and individual ratings, and the new 2015 Toyota Tundra will be expected to meet if not exceed those expectations.[ad code=5]
2015 Toyota Tundra cabin comforts
2015 Toyota Tundra is a large vehicle from inside, and just like the Ford Titan 2015 we covered earlier, the squarish theme on the inside is handsomely loaded with many features and enough storage/stowage space for a tour. The central console with it’s touch screen, houses Bluetooth, radio, navigation and other features you would expect from a truck of this class. The steering mounted controls and vehicle information display has ample amount of utility to talk about. Cooling and heating performance is good on the current car and the same is expected from the 2015 Toyota Tundra. The ride is well settled and comfortable with toyota putting in NVH absorbing materials in the right place. The Japanese design strategy of using high tensile but thin steel sheets can be seen with all of Toyota’s models and they require some well engineered use of dampening meterial to enable a noise free ride when compared to European/American models that have fatter sheet meterial that naturally dampen most noise, though now things are changing and the Sheet material usage is getting quite standard across brands. 2015 Toyota Tundra is expected to carry many safety features and gadgetry like reverse camera, trailer brake system, Star safety system, TPMS etc.
2015 Toyota Tundra Engine/Transmission
2015 Toyota Tundra will be powered by the current engines, the 5.7L V8 that delivers 381 hp and 401 lb.-ft of torque and is matched to a 6-speed automatic transmission or the i-FORCE 4.6L V8 that delivers 310 hp and 327 lb.-ft. of torque and is matched with a 6-speed automatic transmission, and 4WDemand part-time 4WD drivetrain. Then there is the efficient 4.0L V6 with 270 hp and 278 lb.-ft. of torque which is mated to a 5-speed automatic transmission.
